Fun place but very limited menu and expensive for drinks and food.

We have come here several times because the atmosphere is so fun. My son loves it. But make no mistake you pay for it...it's a pricy little place and the food is good but not... read more

We have come here several times because the atmosphere is so fun. My son loves it. But make no mistake you pay for it...it's a pricy little place and the food is good but not great. If you are going for great food, go elsewhere...however, if you are going to a cool hang out spot and price is not an... More

While on my birthday vacation, my friends and I went to this place. I have never in my while life felt so disrespected! We stood in the line for almost 2 hours but that's not the bad part. We watched the bouncer crew pull random people off the street who initially had no interest in attending that club in front... More

A very romantic spot, old-fashioned atmosphere with big red curtains and a lovely bar. We had a really good wine, Chardonnay from Russian River area.

Nice bar but the drink prices were ridiculous ($15 prosecco?). The pierogis were fabulous and the bacon jam to die for. The Westside drink was also great. Better value.

Great cocktails, nice food and a relaxed classy atmosphere. The decor is Old Hollywood and makes you feel like you've walked into somewhere really special. Which it is! If only those walls could talk!

The fact is, unless you live in LA/Hollywood you can never know where the latest celeb hot spot is and will likely end up reading an outdated review or article and land at an empty bar that was "yesterday's news." That's the beauty of Bar Marmont, it never goes out of style, is filled with the types of people you... More

I always forget about the Chateau for lunch. Great outdoor space with the best most eclectic people watching in LA. Artists, star, musicians...you name it and they are around. Say nothing of the famous grand dame herself, the hotel. It just reeks of stories and history. And guess what? The food is fantastic! We went early and had our choice... More

Will come back. Our crowd got a little loud and laughed out loud. But I guess the host there has to make sure people don't talk too loud- I guess to keep it classy- he shuuuushed us. We laughed again at that and respected his wishes. We understood the crowd probably likes a more quiet vibe instead of a rowdy... More

This place has managed to remain achingly cool for many years, because it has had celebrity stardust sprinkled on it since its beginning. The cocktails really are heavy duty, even for for someone who is no stranger to alcohol! The lighting in the booths/tables is just enough to illuminate the table surface and menus, but not bright enough for the... More
