Went on the 1700 tour. Ended up being just the 2 of us due to cancellations and it was fantastic! The guide was lovely, horses were great, the views were wonderful... Whole experience was really memorable and would definitely do it again!

Found myself with several hours to kill before catching a plane at LAX. I used a discount coupon found on their brochure for my one hour ride. Upon arrival push the buzzer on the big steel gate to gain admittance. You have to use the...More

A horseback ride was recommended to us as the best way to see LA and also to see the infamous Hollywood sign. The ride did not disappoint. Very peaceful and the views were outstanding! The staff were pleasant and we loved our 2 hour ride.

I'm interested in reserving the 7pm Friday evening ride next week, but according to the LA Almanac, the sun sets just after 6pm this time of year (late October). How much of the tour is in the dark?

Trying to decide between the 1hr and 2hr tour. My husband and I are both beginner, so leaning toward the 1hr, but read reviews that it is just a ride up the hill and back again in the same path - does the 2hr tour take an alternate route back to the stables?

As a horse owner I took the two hour ride and would recommend to any beginner. Staff helpful and views amazing. I would say the one hour ride would not take you to see the Hollywood sign and you can't go all the way to LA... More

Yes, there is a pickup and drop off. At the bottom of a hill. It may be 1/8th to 1/4th of a mile walk up a steep hill.... A pretty strenuous walk. If you have prepaid for your ride you may drive through to a parking area... More
