FUN Place
Aug 2021
Yes the courses are a bit run down but prices are very reasonable. Three courses to choose from and holes are challenging. Now run by the City so just lucky it has survived as a place to have fun. Also have games and a batting cage.

No sense of Customer service at all
Jul 2021 • Family
We have done a cross country trip from chicago to California. We were looking forward to a nice leisurely game of mini golf. The parking lot was full so we had to circle it several times. We finally found a space and went into the arcade and asked where we could get our clubs. We were directed to the back of the arcade only to be stopped by a security guard. He held his hands out against my approach and said sorry we r closed. They are supposed to be open until 10. It was 9:02. He said they close golf at 9. He was not pleasant and it was very upsetting. 2 minutes, are you kidding me. Would not recommend them
Bc clearly they don’t value customers.

nice to visit with kids
Aug 2019
A nice place for young kids. They can play mini golf and Arcade games.
We were here in the evening and I found that the golflanes were not well lightened. Also if someone is in front with a big group, prepare to wait for a long time.
For the rest everything was okay,

Putt Putt Golf & Arcade Fun
Mar 2019 • Friends
We had a great fun afternoon of Putt Putt Golf & Arcade games at Castle Park amongst all the kids & families enjoying the outing. Well maintained, theme park decorated & offering a lot of choices for games & testing miniature golf skills. Several Birthday party groups added to the fun. Enjoy!

Birthday Party Fun
Aug 2018 • Family
I just had my daughter's birthday this past Saturday at Sherman Oaks Castle Park. We reserved the Boathouse area (for an additional fee of $30) which is very lovely and very worth the additional $30. The area in set right in the middle of Course 3 which makes for a nice setting. We were very happy with having my daughter's 10th birthday there. Our host Bryan was an amazing host! He was friendly, attentive, accommodating, helpful, funny and very thoughtful. From the moment we arrived we were taken care of. Our reserved spot was already set-up with tablecloths and decorations. They provide the colored tablecloths of your choice and also some simple decorations. But will also set up any additional decorations if you drop them off the day prior. They put our cake straight into the refrigerator as soon as we arrived. Bryan would come around to check on us and also kept our party on schedule. We ended up staying longer than our allotted time by relocating to a seating area that was available all with the help of Bryan. It was the easiest party we've ever had and most reasonable. All we did is bring cake and goodie bags, the rest was taken care of. The kids got to play miniature golf and got an arcade card. We had pizza, drinks and ice cream. Our pictures came out really nice with all the cute backdrops (waterfalls, greenery, structures, colors, etc). My daughter, her friends and even the adults all had a great time.

Family fun for 25 years

We love it - our kids love it - our grandchildren love it. John Wowee runs a great batting cage and has rental bats, helmets and gloves. My son and now my grandkids have become great hitters uses the cages - Video games after a workout or miniature golf what can go wrong...Go early before 11am and beat the crowd. Easy parking.

Super Fun

I love this place, great times here with friends for miniature golfing. Even though we are much older so we stay out of the arcade games, we do love a good competition in the mini-golf course. Not very expensive and never busy if you go during the week. I tried going on a weekend and it was packed so I stay out of there on weekends.

Needs some upgrading
Dec 2017 • Family
For a facility that is pretty crowded most of the time, the income is not put back into the mini golf course. Batting cages, video games and mini golf have been the staple of this San Fernando Valley landmark. Being one of the few courses in the area I guess they don't feel the need to keep the course in great shape. Most tee boxes are ripped up the play is slow. Hopefully work will be done as this is a nice place to spend some time with the family or a date.

Great for kids
Apr 2017 • Family
We took our 12 year olds granddaughters here for mini golf and Arcade games. They love it. There are 3 mini golf courses to chose from. Arrive when they open for 1/2 mini golf. It is $3.00 per person. We have been coming here for several years and can see that the mini golf course is showing some ware and tear that needs to be attended to. It is clean and the employees are very nice. Lots of Arcade games for kids to play but it can be expensive after awhile so set a limit with your kids before you arrive. They have a small snack bar that you can purchase snacks at. Expect to spend several hours when it is busy. We were there when it opened and beat the crowds and saved some money that the kids used in the Arcade, they have plenty of free parking.

One of the few remaining mini golf centers---good enough for kids
Mar 2017 • Family
Mini golf has fallen out of favor in Los Angeles, and there are only a handful of parks remaining. This one is owned and operated by the City of Los Angeles Recreation and Parks Department. That means the cost is very reasonable, but it also means the park could use some much needed maintenance. Some of the greens and some of the the tee areas are in bad shape. But none of this matters to an 8 year old---and if you have kids 5-11 years old, the place is fine. It also has a very overpriced arcade section, so you'll save money on the cheap mini-golf and blow the savings on the arcade. Sounds like Vegas, in a way. Again, a great place for families with young children.
