Good service, good bikes but all those fees and add-ons

Roadside assistance should be included but it's extra. They also charge an "environmental fee" which I don't think is mandatory. Plus of course you need to pay $33/day for the... read more

Roadside assistance should be included but it's extra. They also charge an "environmental fee" which I don't think is mandatory. Plus of course you need to pay $33/day for the bike coverage. It was suppose to be a free rental but it costs me close to $80.

These guys are top class. Coming from another country the exchange rate does kill you a bit but you get value for money. The initial bike we had was a 2012 Ultra Glide which broke down after 4 miles - the team at LA Eagle Rider exchanged the injured UG and gave us a 2016 Rushmore Updates Road Glide with... More

My wife Trish and I along with our friends Jenny and Steve started our grand tour abourd our harleys from EagleRider LAX. The bikes were 1st class with mine have less than 4000kms on it. This was my third experience with EagleRider previously we had rented from LAX and Las Vegas. The staff are helpful and professional during our 3... More

I booked this holiday as a surprise for my partner Vic's 60th birthday, and what an adventure we both had. It far exceeded my expectations. We covered approximately 2,800 miles in 2 weeks guided by the super Richard Wynkoop and his wife Wendy, a formidable team. They looked out for us all in every way possible with the varying motorbike... More

I booked a sportster iron 883 in LA at eaglerider for a weekend. As I came to the store, I got the wrong bike and helmets are dirty. It took 2h to clearify why the confirmed bike not available and to find a alternate. Sum was 2h lost, need to buy a helmet in the store and disappointed to ride... More

Just finished an epic ride from LA to Miami. 3750 miles. Via The Grand Canyon, a bit of Route 66, Amarillo, Dallas, Houston, New Orleans, Memphis to see the King, Atlanta to Miami via Tigers Restaurant in Jupiter. What a ride ! Recommend that to anyone. I rode an Indian Chieftain, provided by Eaglerider. The guys at LA, Kynon and... More

I was a bit dubious about this whole bike rental thing, but it was just awesome! I was given a StreetGlide which had 50,000 miles on the clock but it didn't miss a beat over 4500 miles. A great bike. My fuel cap was stolen on the last night but because I owned up they were great, didn't charge me.... More

I was fortunate enough to find myself in LA with a spare day on my hands, so I decided what better way to spend it that hire a bike and go up the Pacific Coast Highway. I ordered online in the morning a Triumph Bonneville, but unfortunately when I went to pick up (admittedly only 30 mins later) there wasn't... More
