- Helen W1 contributionThe Amazing Dodger StadiumI love this stadium so much! Every time I go it brings a smile to my face to see the amazing stadium. There are so many food options and the actual field is amazing. I love watching all the players while getting to enjoy a famous Dodger dog. I know there is a lot of hate out there for the Dodgers, recently I watched a video and all the comments were saying how bad and stupid the Dodgers were, and that made me mad. The Dodgers are an amazing team and I cannot encourage you enough to go see them in their home Dodgers Stadium, or in another stadium. I hope you have a great day and thank you so much for reading my review!Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 19 March 2024
- Andrew Q393 contributionsGood tour but could include moreWe walked from Chinatown station, that was a mistake. It took longer than expected and is all uphill. Uber next time. A very nice woman at reception took us up to where the tours start and we only missed the start by a few minutes. The tour took us mainly through the grandstand building, press box, concourses and then down onto the field and the dugout. It is a beautiful facility. There is a separate tour to go to the locker rooms and batting cage. Too bad they could not be included on this tour, especially as all the players were away at spring training.Visited March 2024Travelled with familyWritten 30 March 2024
- CraigWellington, New Zealand28 contributionsFirst Dodgers gameTook my daughter as part of a trip from NZ to LA and was her first ever baseball game and only my second one. We got an Uber to the ground from out hotel and entry was easy as was finding our seats (section 35FD). The atmosphere and view were great as were all the facilities (food, drink etc). Really entertaining evening and now I guess I'm a Dodgers fan! Leaving we booked an Uber as well and their was a bit of a wait but not too bad (maybe 30 minutes getting out). Tip would be to order the Uber as soon as you leave, don't wait until you get to the area and I'd ignore all of the other touts trying to give you a ride in their private car.Visited March 2024Travelled with familyWritten 18 April 2024
- RennieFamilyHolidaysMiddlesbrough, United Kingdom428 contributionsFantastic eventI have been before with my wife and loved every minute this time my brother was with me, he was blown away, the setting itself overlooking downtown LA is stunning, easy to get to and from no hassle like in the U.K. the prices for tickets are reasonable and the food and drink on offer is for everyone albeit not cheap. The game itself against the Metz didn’t go to plan but the spectacle is 5 star. Will be backVisited April 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 23 April 2024
- James George42 contributionsTime for Dodger BaseballGreat ballpark with an amazing variety of food. I highly recommend Dodgers Dogs. LA traffic makes getting to the park challenging but once you arrive the fun begins. The entry process is very quick. There are helpful staff throughout the park. The stores are well stocked and offer a large selection of Dodgers gear. The Loge seats are reasonably priced and offer a great view. Dodgers stadium is a must for all MLB fans.Visited June 2024Travelled with familyWritten 14 June 2024
- AvmigKlamath Falls, Oregon215 contributionsHot gameFirst time in this stadium and had a great time. The day we went it was 100° so pick your seats wisely! We were on the first baseline with a terrific view of the game , afternoon, but it was in full sun the entire game. We had plenty of water and neck coolers on but we periodically had to go up near the food vendors to get in the shade. Happy to go again but choose different seats.Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 18 July 2024
- Traveler0515335573510 contributionsLos Angeles must doIf you're looking for a fun and family-friendly activity, consider attending a LA Dodger's baseball game. The stadium is easily accessible and offers a variety of delicious food options, including the famous Dodger Dogs. Plus, the lively atmosphere and exciting games make it an experience you won't regret.Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 23 July 2024

Seeing Ohtani is worth the price of admission but there is so much more to this wonderful historic stadium! The trophies, atmosphere, food and friendly staff! A memorable day at the ballpark!Visited April 2024Travelled as a coupleWritten 24 August 2024

My wife and I went to see the Dodgers against the Twins on a Tuesday night. The amount of traffic means that it takes a very long time to travel short distances near to the stadium so we recommend you set off as early as possible. The stadium has fantastic facilities and the atmosphere was excellent. The only negative is the extortionate prices for everything!

We left Orange County at 4:30pm and were standing in the security line outside the stadium at 7:10pm when the first pitch went out. We were SO looking forward to trying some of the new menu items and were not able to order anything without cheese so instead ate popcorn, peanuts, and a water for dinner and paid $38 for the privilege. We did stay for the fireworks and that was kind of fun but overall not worth it.

My partner and I saw our first baseball game there which we really enjoyed.
The drinks and food are quite expensive though and you can’t take a bag in unless it is clear or extremely small. I would also recommend taking sunscreen in with you as our seats were in the glaring sunshine- we had to go up to the food vendors stadium to get some shade. There are water fountains which is good so you can stay rehydrated.
We thought there was plenty of choice for food and drink, even if it was quite overpriced.
The game itself was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable.
Would recommend for anyone visiting the city who is yet to experience a baseball game.

As a lifelong Dodger fan, I've attended games at Dodger Stadium for over 25 years, so I'm a little biased, but it's a really wonderful ballpark in a beautiful setting with lots of history and a great team on the field.
The recent renovations are really fantastic. There is a terrific new outfield concourse with new food options, history displays, and play areas for kids. There are also new elevators and escalators that are very helpful.
I enjoy sitting in the Top Deck, which has the most expansive views and is usually the cheapest and most relaxed section. Concession prices are expensive, even for a stadium, but you can bring in your own food and drinks (in unopened plastic bottles).
If you're driving, be prepared for plenty of traffic in and out. Alternatively, you can park at Union Station for $8 and take a free shuttle. You can also walk to the stadium from Union Station, which is a little more adventurous and takes about 40 minutes.
Be sure to take in the great views of downtown LA and enjoy a famous Dodger Dog at "Blue Heaven on Earth!"

Pulled up to the gates on January 2, just to get out of the vehicle and take pictures.
Well, the security guard said that was not possible. Really!! We are there, at 9am-
Nobody trying to get in- we didn't ask to get in- just get out and take pictures and be on our way. NO WAY!! Luckily, another guard there helped us out. He told us about a little league baseball team's field that overlooks the stadium. We googled it, bishop canyon, home of northeast Los Angeles little league team, and drove there. Awesome views!!
Would still like to attend a game at dodger stadium, but won't try to visit offseason

We flew down from Canada to see the Blue Jays play the Dodgers. Great free shuttle from Union Station. You can avoid the exhorbitant ticket surcharges by buying them at the ticket window, but you have to pay with a card (no cash or phone) and you still have to download them to a phone. Seats themselves are reasonably priced, starting at $24 for the nosebleeds, and the view is still pretty good from there.
Inside the stadium there are plenty of food, drink and merchandise stalls (but only a few with Golden Road IPA!!)

Took a tour of the stadium. Great stadium, a lot of history and very beautiful. The tour guide made the experience very dull. She had no personality and kept saying about how they should have won the world series in the past few years. Rather than being sad or trying to make a joke of it, it would've been better to just not mention it. At the start of the tour she asked everyone except my fiance and I where they were from so she could get a feel of how to tailor the tour. Everyone was local except for us so maybe had she asked us it would've been a little better...?

I love visiting ballparks, so I hit up Anaheim and Dodger stadiums over this past week. Dodger Stadium didn’t compare to Anaheim. Our phone said 48 minutes from Santa Monica to Dodger Stadium (18 miles). What a cluster*£^#€£. It took us over two hours to get there. Traffic was insane, basically only one route into the stadium, and completely disorganized. Concessions were impossible - all lines were over 45 minutes long, unless you plan to serve your child dipping dots for dinner. Overall, a terrible experience. But, I crossed another ballpark off my list.
…never thought I’d appreciate Yankees Stadium and the Bronx so much!!!

We are not Dodger fans but decided to check out the stadium. The tour cost $25 but it was well done and you get access to places that the general public does not. We especially enjoyed the press box and being on the field.

Be aware that you will not have to pay for parking if you go on a weekday tour of the stadium. I looked long and hard to find this out and finally just went there and was told fthere was no charge.
However, if you are going on a tour right before a game, you must pay.

Based on looking at the views from seating sections on Stubhub, the upper deck seems to have a railing or clear glass or plexiglass barrier fronting the first row. Does this barrier impede view in any way? Can you still see good from the first three rows or better to sit higher back to see over the barrier? And if so, how much higher?
Written 16 April 2024
I didn't go up to the upper level so can't help you with this.

I know they have a wide variety of beers but is it possible to get a good glass of wine at Dodger Stadium?
Written 4 October 2019
I'm a wine snob, so I wouldn't call the wine available at Dodger Stadium to be "good." They have small glasses of Stella Rosa for around $13, if that helps.

Hello, I purchased tickets for Sept. 21st a Sat. Its at the Infield Reserve 31, seats 19,20,21,22. Are these good seats?? We are 2 seniors & 2 midage. Where is the dropoff gate closest to the stadium as we are taking Uber?? Help me please, this is new to me. Im not having any luck when I call for support. Thank you...Rose

Yes those are good seats, I have never used Uber to go to the stadium, but I am certain you can be directed to the closest gate at the parking entrance.

Looking at a Wednesday game 510pm start against a team that isn't very good...best parking option general parking at stadium or parking Union station and free shuttle?
Or any other suggestions?
Written 2 September 2019
Shuttle is great for getting there but if the game is crowded then it may not be a good option for getting out. If you don’t plan to stay until the end, either should be an ok option (both can be ugly with the crowds getting out). Did the walk back to Union Station (due to lines & traffic) on a beautiful afternoon but probably not the best after dark option.

Hi, visiting from UK for 1st ever baseball game. Looking at getting to the Tampa Rays game in September. As i don't have a clue about baseball I have lots of questions.
1. There is a game on Tuesday and Wednesday, I can go to any of these but the Wednesday has a promoton "bobblehead" what is this? Do i get a free bobblehead with my ticket?
2. Where do i sit to get a good view, I have a budget of around $40 per ticket and there are so many options...I think Loge seems ok for my requirements. But what is Preferred? and VIP?
Thanks in advance
Written 7 June 2019
Bobblehead games each entrant gets a bobblehead upon entering the stadium. There may or may not be choices so a family of 3 may get 3 the same.
I like the Field boxes but they are over your budget. Loge are nice seats because they are far enough up so you can see everything. I would position yourself toward home plate so you can get the best view. If it is a Day game try to be on the 1st base side of the stadium as the sun is very bright and it can be very hot on the 3rd baseline where we last sat.
Written 8 June 2019
We are travelling from the UK (with our 16 year old) and staying near Abbot Kinney. Love going to the baseball but wondered how difficult it is to get to the stadium on public transport?
Written 31 May 2019
Public transport is not good. Get an Uber. Well organised Uber pick up after game too.
