I love this place. I try to come here every time I am in LA, ever since my friend took me here for first time. My most favourite is "Gold Rush". It has become my drink of choice and I make it at all my home parties. Cool place, with good vibes.

The name listed should be "Seven Grand" not "7 Grand" based on the sign of the bar. If you are whiskey lover, this is the place for you. It is right near Metro station "7 Street/Metro Center". Make sure that you go up to 2nd floor and there you are in the middle of hundred of bottles of whiskey at... More

Went here on a Monday night, the crowd size was perfect, not too busy, and not too quiet. Enjoyed the happy hour cocktails and conversations with the bartenders. Loved that the place had a cigar smoking area!

I've been going here for years. Last time was in October 2015 for my B-Day. We were staying at the Standard and walked over. I've honestly had great nights here and terrible nights here. It just depends on who's working and what kind of crowd has shown up. The bar itself is classy. Speak easy lookin place with a couple... More

True, from the door outside untill the very apparently classy bar, you are judged and stared at like unwanted foreigners. The products are here, but the atmosphere is so scornful that you wish you'd never stepped into this awful place. People working there seem so uncomfortable with themselves, it could be a gag if it was not so sadly un... More

Oh man! This place was awesome! We went here on a weeknight for a birthday, and had a blast. The place was very hipstery, with many beards and retro clothes. We were there for a blues night, which added to the element. As you climb the tartan stairs, you get to the bar on the 2nd floor which has a... More

This was a fun spot we went to with clients for a couple of after dinner drinks. We were at the upstairs bar and had a great time. The bartender, while not overly attentive, was a good sport with our crowd. They had a good selection of brews. It was a nice night and they have an outdoor terrace(no view)... More

Used to feel like your walking into a classy speakeasy.. Now it feels like your walking into RIKERS ISLAND PRISON with the THUGGISH and AGGRESSIVE bouncers working the door. The gangester thuggy vibe at the door is enough to turn Seven Grand from a respectable establishment when a Gentlemen would go to get a drink, to the equivalent of any... More
