I bought a walking coffee tour of DTLA and the day before the tour I get a text from a random number in saying in poor English that the tour was cancelled because there were no available guides. There was no info about rescheduling the tour or getting a refund at all. So I immediately sent an email (because there is no contact number on their website) asking for more information and I still have not received a response (three days later). In the mean time, Best Tours is filling up with inbox with spam about reviewing the tour I never even got to go on and all this other advertisement crap I should up for, when I STILL have not heard back about a refund or what even happened with the tour I paid $100 for. We had walked about 2 miles from our hotel to Sprinkles, we now had to walk back, wasting most of our day, too late to find something else to do. Since I booked with Groupon, I still am not quite sure how to get my refund. The only bright spot- the people at Sprinkles were awesome, let us all hang out inside the nice cool store while we waited, and were so accommodating even though they had no connection with the tour.…

Our MC Topher was very personable and knowledgeable. We had a fun, diverse group, but at 22 people it felt a bit too large given our overwhelming presence and the resulting wait times for our coffees (and gelato) at each stop.
