As a martial artist with -very- inflexible wrists, I resisted doing yoga for a LONG time. I was talked into attending one of the Set & Flow classes by a close friend, and have been very impressed with both the quality of instruction, as well as the excellent "vibe" of the place, the instructors and the people in the class. The energy is fun, encouraging, and welcoming. The instruction is clear and I didn't feel intimidated as a beginner... This is the kind of place that makes you want to keep coming back! The location itself is amazing. It's beautiful, modern, and... well, it's huge, but in a good way... Because they have a wide offering of classes and options (kettle bells, yoga, hot yoga, pilates, etc.). And the pricing just makes it a no-brainer.

Set and Flow Yoga had been open just three days prior to my visit. There were few "opening day" jitters that I noticed. While the staff had a little trouble pulling up my pre-registered name and seemed to be guiding each other through the new system, I was never made to feel anything less than welcomed.. The facility has a nice, open feel with plenty of blond wood giving a pleasant, earthy quality against the white walls. There are many shared lockers with easy to remember combinations that comfortably store backpacks or clothes. There's lots of space around these lockers too, making it easy to get in and out of classes without loosing peace and balance. There are three studios spaces. The yoga room has an anti-bacterial porous floor - no fear of walking on a space covered with sweat (yuck!) They also offer complimentary wellness drinks, cold brew coffee, and filtered water (including a spicket to fill up your water bottle easily.) To date I've only experienced one class - a hot yoga taught by Colin Kim. The class provided the perfect balance between challenging yet restorative poses. Colin has a gentle voice that constantly guides you while simultaneously providing complete instruction. There are many classes on the schedule with many different teachers providing instruction. Certainly there is someone for everyone here. I will absolutely return to this facility.
