We love this trail and use it often. We have been using it for years for both hiking and biking. Lovely ocean views a some spots. Many flat areas so small children and folks of all ages will be comfortable.

Went there during the last flooding and it was amazing to see the river flow to the pacific. Flat and easy to hike.
