This along with the Aquarium is a must see for the quaint shops and restaurants. The stores has local items along with clothing and other goodies with Monterey logo. Great items for memory!

Take it from a life-long resident who has worked on Wharf #1, I don't recommend eating, or working, at any of the restaurants !!

Lot's of restaurants and plenty of parking. Definitely touristy but that's to be expected. A must see if in town.

It's cuter and smaller than the pier in San Francisco. Mostly little shops and places to grab some food . There are a few whale watching outfits as well.

There is an abundance of places to visit as you walk along the wharf. Trinkets, collectibles, dining to fine dining. Very enjoyable!!

The only thing charming here is the rustic pier structure and the buildings. Otherwise it is way too over-commercialised offering overpriced and unnecessary items.

Reminded me of jersey boardwalk with lots of seafood places. All giving out free samples of soup. Shopping and beautiful harbor view. Otters and ducks around
