Very good for kids. Some good things for adults too. Unique and interesting park, very sizeable. Nice place for a family picnic.

Just stumbled across this park driving around one day while visiting Monterey. Unreal that this park is free to the public! Hedge maze, huge slides, Locomotive, snack bar, clean restrooms! Highly recommended place to take the kiddos to burn off some energy!

This park is always a must when visiting Monterey. Parents will really enjoy that you can actually have fun with out spending any money :)

My kids and grandkids always enjoyed this unique little park on Lake El Estero. Inspired by Dennis the Menace and his creator, it is a delightful place for the parents and grandparents, too!

I am sorry I can't answer this question. I know that there is a "leash" law in effect for the City of Monterey. As to whether you can bring your pet, you need to ask the city.
