I'm a birder and am rarely disappointed when I come here. This visit we saw: dark eyes juncos, an Anna's hummingbird, ruby crowned kinglet and a California thrasher to name a few. If the park host is around he's very friendly and informative. A must...More

There seems to be a thing with a lot of places being closed on Mondays in the area, so there were not a lot of things for me to do and I had to plan accordingly. This was just one of the places that happened...More

Love the birding and hiking around this preserve and Covington Park next door. It is such a beautiful area and there is a lot of biodiversity to take in on the different loops around the marsh trail. They take such good care of the place...More
