There is a lot of space, both with seats and without seats. Along with a large stage. There are also many small food stands to eat at.

Every year Neil Young and friends put on a great concert at Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. This year was awesome, acoustic, and if you can imagine having a whole new favorite band in Metallica, then you would have loved it too! I only wish I could post the video of "Whiskey in the Jar" done acoustically. It was... More

We enjoyed the latest Bridge School Benefit Concert at Shoreline. The sound system provided a well-mixed concert experience once the volume was turned up. Beer prices were outrageous - $16 for a draft and there were lines at the upper portable restrooms. Also, the number of people on the lawn was incredible and almost claustrophobic - it certainly made moving... More

I have seen about a dozen concerts here over the years. Great venue as long as you are in the reserved seating area. I don't understand all the complaints from other reviewers. Yes; crowds, drinking, smoking, drugs, long lines, expensive concessions. It's a concert people! The only drawback to this venue is the traffic and parking situation. Unless you want... More

The concerts are nice, but the place is WAY too smokey! People smoke tobacco, as well as pot, very freely, but the staff do nothing to stop it. If you complain, they'll move you. We did end up with a better seat.

Went here to see Dolly Parton in September. We had lawn tickets and got in line early to get a good spot. We were able to be in the very front of the lawn and soon the whole place was packed. The sound was awesome and Dolly was amazing. We learned that we had to stand up the whole time... More

Recently Inhad a chance to see the Dolly Parton show here at the Shoreline. I was somewhat surprised at how difficult it was to find information on parking; especially the vip parking. After finally getting the web information for it, I would say it's well worth the money to pay for VIP parking access. On the other hand the parking... More

Over the years I have been to many concerts at this venue and have always had a great experience. The food and drink vendors do a good job with quick and efficient service. The only reason my rating is not excellent is the matter of ingress and egress...it can take a ponderously long time to get from the freeway to... More

I'll go to the amphitheater to see any show. My favorite of all is when Jimmy Buffet shows up. He is amazing in a small outdoor venue like this. I go to see anybody I know of when they play here!!

I've heard rumors that Google bought the place and is expanding their campus. I've seen the Bridge School Benefit, numerous country artists Fourth of July and beer wine festivals. It holds a special place in my heart and have great memories at Shoreline. My son has also enjoyed his first concerts as a teenager sitting on the lawn and socializing... More
