Had the afternoon to ourselves, the property & staff were truly noteworthy. Sal hosted our tasting and did a tremendous job of making us feel at home. Extremely knowledgeable about the intricacies of the wine, property & history. We will be back soon, Cabs are to die for!

Wow this is one of the great ones in Napa. The wine club is fantastic and the service is great. The people here are by far the nicest in Napa. This is a great place!

Napa can be overwhelming. There are some huge names that everyone wants to visit, they are crowded, and sometimes less personal but this gem is the opposite. Chimney Rock has been in operation for a long time. Their wines are rated highly by experts. The tasting room and courtyard is a respite. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.... We called in with no appointment and they were very busy but managed to fit us in. We payed for the $50 per person wine tasting which is way over the top as far as prices go, however no complaints as we chose to pay. The wine is very good here. The tasting glasses were huge and the amount was... More

Me and my aunt went driving in napa the Friday after thanksgiving to do a little wine tasting. After a failed attempt to 2 wineries that said they were open and then closed when we got there we headed home. Came up on this vineyard and winery and barely made it by closing, but they were very kind and said we... More

We had a private tasting at Chimney Rock with April. She gave us a tour of the winery and brought us, not only the wines on our tasting, but also some other wines that were no longer available. I am not a big wine lover. But after tasting these wines, turns out I only like really good wines. This was... More

This is our second visit to Chimney Rock and were equally as impressed as the first time we visited them. Wonderful winery with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a great variety of unique red wines and a beautiful outdoor patio perfect to enjoy the beautiful napa weather. A definite must visit if you are in the stags leap area!

This is a return to this winery after 2 years. We continue to visit here strictly for the quality of their wines. Their Cab Sauvignon is excellent. We continue to purchase their wines occasionally as they are available in Texas. They have a different way of doing things and pay strict attention to their tastings by appointment. I remember how,... More

We visited Chimney Rock for our anniversary (which I included in the Cellar Pass booking notes and went completely ignored-- not a big deal, but worth noting if you plan on visiting for a special occasion). We did the standard tasting at $50/person and they were kind enough to let us sit on their patio outside, which was empty aside... More

You need an appointment in advance but we walked in and asked if they could take us. They said no problem. Friendly and knowledgeable and of course, fabulous high quality wine in a beautiful setting.

Thank Jennifer R
