We had a terrific time with Sherry today touring downtown Napa, eating lots of unique food and learning lots of history! Our stops were carefully chosen and delicious. This is a must do.

Terrific tour. I've been fortunate to participate in many food tours in many locales. Our time with Sandy counts among the best. Her pleasant demeanor, enthusiasm for the subject, and outstanding food offerings made it a perfect experience. At each establishment, the food was spectacular and every place offered distinctive and unique cuisine. Sandy was flexible and modified her tour to accommodate our diverse family needs- ages 91-23.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour which started at the Oxbow Market in Napa. It is very well done. The guide is very friendly and informative. The food tasting portions were much larger than our experience with most other food tours. The food was all high quality and very tasty. Our guide was attentive to our interests and did not rush us at anytime. I thought the tour price was quite reasonable for both the tour and the food we experienced. We hope to return and participate in the Sonoma tour. No one should be disappointed based upon our experience.

This year, since we had so much fun with Sherry's tour in Napa last year, we booked a Foodies on Foot Tour with Sherry for Sonoma! Be prepared to wear comfortable sneakers, sunscreen and a hat for the tour lasts about 3 hours. We had a great time and a private tour as we were the only two clients on her tour. We started at the Basque Boulangerie Cafe and she ordered us the Beehive Cake Slice and it was moist and tasty with custard inside. Then we headed off to the Taste of the Himalayas and had the Momo and Samosas which had vegetables inside and delicious sauce! The flavors were so good! Then we went somewhere sweet, Wine Country Chocolate to try their Zinfandel ganache tasting. We also got to sample some chocolate truffle and mint chocolate truffle. Delish, melts in your mouth! Our next stop was the Swiss Hotel to try their famous Gariffee and meatballs! The Gariffee is a coffee liqueur and pretty potent! The meatballs were hearty and filling! Then we headed to our next stop, Figone's of California Olive Oil, where we sampled several kinds of olive oil! My favorite olive oil were the basil and the strawberry balsamic. Basil olive oil is good for cooking and the strawberry balsamic is good for salads. Our next stop was a new restaurant called OSO Sonoma and it looks pretty trendy and we got to try crab deviled eggs, delish! Our last stop was Chocolate Cow and this store has tee shirts, fudge, chocolates, ice cream, gelato and Hawaiian shaved ice. We ordered a ginger gelato and sherbet! Both were refreshing. Sherry told us that the Chocolate Cow has been around for 27 years! It's a great place to have dessert and they have air conditioning!

What a fun day. Sherry was our tour guide and she was so much fun. We had a small group and that was helpful so everyone could hear. I am local and had an out of town guest--I would this again in a minute.
