I hike this trail nearly every time I visit Nevada City. Very pretty, just above the Yuba River. Flat and easy. Wheelchair assessable (partially)

This was a very easy and fairly flat trail. The trail is well groomed. The wildflowers are just starting to bloom. We saw a few salamanders. The wooden walkway that goes down to the river was closed for repairs. The Jones trail (0.4) miles was...More

This is an easy trail that gives access to some lovely country in the Yuba River watershed. Level, much of it either boardwalk or alone an old ditch/flume system. Very pretty.

I was in town for a reunion and found this trail by doing a google search. I am so glad I did! I brought my camera and took somewhere around 150 photos of this trail. It's a wonderfully maintained trail. Enjoy!

A well-maintained trail, wheelchair accessible. Two trails, really one on each side of Highway 49 just before the old 49er bridge. The ramp down to Rush Creek, although now closed, is a great hour of so hike in/out- Bring your lunch.

We took the harder part of the trail. Ended up at a nude beach with nude swimmers. That was a bit of a shock. But there are signs there warning you. The swimming holes along the trail were incredible. I wish the "naked" beach had...More
