Not overly impressed. House is original with same furnishings but it is now kind of run down. All of the artifacts are fake like the guitars and other memoribilia. We stayed about 45 minutes and the tour was $35 each. Elvis only leased the house...More

It was a really interesting experience - being able to visit the home for its architecture and also the Elvis connection. There's a lot Elvis memorabilia in the house and the guide is very knowledgeable.

This house is like a time capsule, great visit. Fun to visit on a hot Palm Springs day. The architecture alone is very cool, but then add the Elvis history recounted by a true fan. We had fun with the other people visiting as well.

We had a great time circling the homes until we found Elvis' very temporary one. It's an unusual circular place up above the road. As a whimsical attraction, it's a hoot. I think it was closed.

The tour is not well-advertised, but you can drive up to the house and get a pamphlet out of a box on the front yard. SO WORTH THE MONEY. Our tour was in the afternoon. The front entrance has a fountain built into the steps...More

You'll need to join the tour to see the inside of the house. I found it well worth the time and $$, however. There are two a day at 1:00 and 3:30 pm, each lasting about two hours. Their website indicates that reservations... More

You can take your time and spend an hour or so, or you can get it over with and quickly look around and leave. It is up to the guests.
