We loved this tour. Robert’s enthusiasm and knowledge of architecture and Palm Springs’ history is encyclopedic. After doing thousands of these tours, I feared he might just go through the motions, but nothing could be further from the truth. And he clearly knows everyone in...More

Rather than repeating all the rave reviews for Robert, let me just say, "Book this tour at the BEGINNING of your visit!" You'll want to have time to visit all the neighborhoods Robert introduces you to in the days after the tour. Terrific!

We spent three hours touring Palm Springs architecture with tour guide Robert. His comprehensive knowledge of the subject was impressive and made us more aware of what we were seeing around town for the rest of our visit. I highly recommend Palm Springs Modern Tours.

Best tour - Robert was so knowledgeable & passionate about Palm Springs and the architecture. We learnt so much, wanted to buy a house after the tour (did not) but just so inspiring. Robert has a Hall of Fame star on the footpath in town...More

Robert definitely knows his stuff, in fact, he told us that he had a week long celebration to win a Palm Springs architectural preservation award just before our tour. He is very active in the community. Well, unfortunately this leads to a lack luster tour....More

Touring with Robert is like riding around with an old friend and getting the skinny on every home in the neighborhood. Rich architectural and historical knowledge is peppered with facts and friends that are making Palm Springs today so lovely.

A curated trip of homes and neighborhoods of palm springs, with an emphasis on how the various styles of architecture emerged over time. The tour guide was friendly and personable, felt like a friend. Great organization, and planning. comfortable vehicle. Flexibility

Hi! I will be staying in Palm Spring over the weekend of June 11 through 14. I am interested in this Palm Springs Modern Tour for 2 persons. Can you tell me more about it? I understand it lasts about 3 hours and you can pick up people at the hotel where they are staying. What would be the price for 2 persons? Is it available AM or PM or both? Hi. I loved the tour and learned a lot. Went to the store and met Trevor there, so I don't know about hotel pick-up. $85 per person seemed reasonable to me. Highly recommended if you like architecture.
