A good little visitors center. Get a few souvenirs and pamphlets. We went out the back and took some good photos of the desert too and the mountains. Great little stop.

Pretty standard advice, but stop here first when you enter Palm Springs, first to use the restrooms, and then to pick up brochures and look for anything that you might have missed when researching on the internet.
