Gorgeous campus that is fun to walk around. Unlike most other campuses I've been to, buildings aren't well marked so we wandered for a little bit longer than planned, which was fine. Stunning campus and a must see if you're in the area.

This is a vast campus but Stanford is a "one in the world" site. If you have minimal time experience the Palm Drive entrance and one or two sections of the Quad and if the organ in the church is being played take the time for a listen. There are some extraordinary other areas such as the Papua New Guinea... More

Of course Stanford offers a diverse set of activities and pleasant place to visit if you are in Palo Alto and have some free time. There is a some very fine outdoor art scattered around the campus and there is a whole collection of Rodin Sculptures, mostly in a dedicated Rodin Garden but also near Memorial Church. The church itself... More

Lots of construction going on, but still an enjoyable visit. Beautiful campus, incredible scenery - what's not to love about this place?

Rodin garden only would be worth a visit. Had a nice lunch at Stanford barn (Tootsies) and enjoyed the campus. Kids liked the environment too.

Went for a conference and the campus was gorgeous. My wife kept wondering why she didn't apply 40 years ago. She said she thot it was dusty. Not this month! Architecture is amazing and in such great shape. Only strange thing was the campus bus did not seem to run on Saturday. Coming from the East I guess you become... More
