Felt lucky to see Into the Woods. Great sets and acting. The Lucie Stern building is pleasant. Not a bad seat in the house. Good prices. Handicap parking is almost nonexistent, unfortunately.

Saw Chicago at the Lucie Stern Auditorium. Enjoyed the play. Found the seating comfortable. My only complaint is that the sound system distorts some of the dialogue. It is not bad but you loose some of the story by not hearing it all. Had seats in the next to last row on the side.

Always a fun romp, this musical delights everyone, but Palo Alto Players have taken it to a new level of choreography and entertainment that I for one will recommend without reservation. The show is smoothly staged and the attractive group seems to be in a synch that I've only experienced in venues including SF and NYC. We saw the preview... More

Surprised to find an opera company at my backdoor. They perform 3 different operas per season in an intimate theater in Palo Alto. We saw the advertisement in a local newspaper and decided to attend. We liked the play we saw, but the seats are arranged one directly behind the other, forcing you to sit on one side of your seat to see.

Is it fair to remove points on a VENUE review when you have issues about the production that was being played there? I sure won't. But it does help that the show I saw here was great. First time here was to see "In The Heights". I had no expectations and did not realize what I was in store for.... More
