This small, usually free, museum changes out its collect 3 times a year. It is in an historic house and has a garden that features a WWII victory garden. At Christmas every year there is a large, operating LEGO display ....normally for a nominal charge....More

Shows lots or local history with some lesser known info about the roots of what would become Silicon Valley. Lots of old artifacts from bygone days, including a well stocked kitchen of yesteryear. Well informed docents will enthusiastically answer most any question you might have.

Small house museum but if you're interested in early medical equipment or house objects from the early 20th century, it's a free attraction worth an hour and walkable from central Palo Alto.

Good little museum. I love it when they have the legos. This is a fun mueseum and I like some of the exhibitions about clocks and stuff. Then they have a house with stuff from 1940s-1960s which is intresting.

Quaint with lovely relics from yesterday's Palo Alto residents. Across the street from Heritage Park & playground and very near downtown, which makes it the perfect family stop on a Palo Alto tour day.
