About
We are a tasting room and winery located at the gateway to the Willow Creek District on the Westside of Paso Robles wine country. Our tasting room offers flights of our estate-grown wines daily by reservation as well as more tours of our winery and vineyards. Our wines are 100% estate-grown in the Paso Robles and Edna Valley AVAs, and all three of our vineyards are sustainably farmed (SIP Certified).

- Jackie MOjai, California1 contributionToo good to be true! You haven’t visited Paso Robles Wine Country unless you visit Niner or Heart Hill Winery! I enjoyed a fabulous afternoon of wine tasting and lunch with the most amazing , server Dylan, who made the entire experience unforgettable! Being a red wine drinker, I was impressed with their Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Malbec, which I purchased to take home! However, I accidentally walked out with the wrong wine and was totally sad when I got home, some three hours away! A dear friend of mine who lives in Paso called and explained the mishap which Dylan rectified by sending to my doorstep my original order! I don’t know when I’ve been more flabergasted by such customer service. Saying thank you hardly covers this issue, but thank you Niner and thank you Dylan! Shout out to my girlfriend, Angela too!Visited February 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 6 March 2024
- philip y1 contributionFantasticAbsolutely awesome. Sheep made us stop & go back but thank god for sheep as the winery was fantastic. From just inside the door J. Greeted us & made us feel welcome to be there even thought they were rather full. The Dylan’s took us to an outside SUN provided table with a wonderful view. Wine was excellent especially the Pinot (Molly special). Could have stayed there quite awhile. Fantastic.Visited March 2024Travelled with familyWritten 22 March 2024
- Jennifer LLos Angeles, California15 contributionsDelicious Wine & Beautiful ViewsMy husband and I had this wine at a few restaurants and loved it so much, that we joined the wine club. Then, I took my friends to Paso for a visit and booked a tasting. Niner greeted us with a glass of white, and led us to a beautiful room where we continued to enjoy delightful wines all afternoon—all while soaking up the beautiful sunshine. Our host, Kyle, was friendly, fun, and kept the tastes flowing. We had a wonderful visit, and look forward to visiting again!Visited April 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 8 April 2024

- Jackie PAtascadero, California5 contributionsWe love Niner Wine Estates! We had the fantastic opportunity to attend the members appreciation week events. Niner's spoiled us with a delicious buffet of chicken in an amazing sauce, a tantalizing salad with feta and sliced cauliflower, the best ever focaccia bread, and cookies all paired with their estate wines. I also took the opportunity to hike the vineyard estate. A wonderful and educational experience. We love this winery for it's wines, fabulous food, and friendly atmosphere.Visited June 2024Travelled with friendsWritten 14 June 2024
- Em C28 contributionsWine and Food - Top Notch! We recently went to Niner with 4 adults and 2 kids. The tasting experience was great for kids with the gardens for them to walk, delicious focaccia and ice cream! Kept them wonderfully excited and entertained. The wine and food at Niner is some of the best we have experienced in Paso lately and we bought lots of bottles. Our experience was redeemed by our wonderful waiter Kyle who was super knowledgeable and told us all about the winery! Matt in the wine room was most helpful and accommodating as well. A shout out to Jacyln for being a wonderful hostess. Our experience did not start great when we were berated and welcome with attitude by Caitlin for not booking the right tasting number. We had 4 adults tasting so that's what we booked but she made us feel quite bad and had a lot to say about not making it for 7. I'm in the customer service industry and was appalled by her behavior especially to a member of our group who's a wine club member. Thankfully everyone else turned our experience around and we left thankful for stopping in!Visited July 2024Travelled with familyWritten 23 July 2024

Large, busy, and a lot of money spent on facility, so likely nice. We didn’t have a reservation at 3PM on a Wed in March, and we could not be seated. Likely not enough people as their were many empty tables and the tasting bar. Something tells me that wine was expensive. Maybe next time, we’ll maybe not. Get a reservation, period.

We have visited here twice now and have had the same poor experience. The pourers judge right away and if they think you won't spend money, they ignore you. We were poured our wine, but our server wanted nothing to do with us, so we bought no wine. The Pinot noir was ok, but not buying from a place that judges before wine is poured.

Hi Lee,
First, I am so sorry that your group was treated poorly not once, but twice. We train our staff to treat everyone with the same level of service, and I'm frankly embarrassed that we failed with your group twice.
Second, thank you for the feedback and please know that it will result in action. I will be talking to our tasting room staff this week and reminding them what our service standards look like, using your experience as an example of what is not acceptable.
Third, I completely understand if you don't want to return to our winery. If you do find yourself in the area, please let me know as I would like to thank you for the feedback by personally giving your group a winery tour or tasting. We take this type of feedback very seriously, and if you're willing to share any other details about how we can improve please reach out at the contact info below.
Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback,
Andy Niner

We’ve been club members for a couple of years, and finally had an opportunity to take the private winter tour. It was an outstanding experience. Our guide, Craig, was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer all our questions. He even changed the tour based on specific things we wanted to see.
We’ve visited many wineries over the years and Niner is one of our favorites. The wines are excellent, the food is the best of any winery restaurant we’ve visited, and the views are spectacular.

First this is a beautiful venue and we were looking foreword to our tasting. We had planned to have lunch here but the winter menu was still being used and we felt it was a little heavier than what we wanted for a beautiful spring day. We arrived early and were seated outside. We asked if we could share our tastings (2 couples) and were told it was okay, but we could tell our server wasn’t very happy with this. When asked if we were having lunch, we said no and this too was apparently frowned upon. We had very little interaction with our server from then on. We were disappointed in the experience as it was apparent that we didn’t appear to be important enough to spend some time with. The wines were mediocre but we would have purchased something if we’d had some kind of attention other than being left to ourselves. Sadly Disappointing and would not recommend.

Excellent food and wine. In the current COVID social-distancing environment, Niner did an excellent job on sanitation and keeping distance between parties. They set up the tasting prior to our sitting at the table to limit the number of visits necessary at our table.

Our east coast tour group visited Niner for a tour, tasting and lunch. The winery tour was very interesting and informative. The wines were delicious and the lunch delicious. We had a timing problem with getting the wines poured before we had to leave for our next venue but I would definitely recommend Niner for their experience. I'll return with another tour group next year. Don't miss visiting this winery!

We went as a large group of 12 for lunch and were treated so well - we had a delicious lunch, tasted some excellent wines, and had a personal tour by Andy Niner himself, without asking. Their hospitality was the best we experienced during our weekend in Paso Robles and their wines were some of the best as well. Super Paso and Fogcatcher are definite favorites of mine, Paso reds are my jam.
They really put up with our group, which can be a trial at times, and made us feel welcome and well cared for, to the point of bringing us lap blankets when a few were cold.
This was a highlight of our weekend and we are still reaping the benefits in their wine regularly.

Outstanding wines made by a family owned 100% estate winery. The FogCatcher Red blend reminds me of excellent Bordeaux. Staff is amazing and the restaurant is world class. Just amazing.
