Beautiful winery

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The winery was beautiful with a very nice Koi pond. Great place to hang out outdoors on their patio.

We were here as part of a wine tour. The place is very cute with a pond outside. Unfortunately, the wine wasn't very good. The place was very dead and the staff wasn't very lively. Everyone in our tour bus agreed that this was the worst winery in our itinerary.

The patio had stunning view, but it seemed as if the person doing our tasting wasn't that into the wines. Some of our group went upstairs to the main tasting area and had a great time with the manager.

This was our first stop on our wine wrangler tour. Great little hidden winery. They have a beautiful Koi pond and a patio with live music. The tasting room is fresh and light. Highly recommend their zinfandel

This is by far the most beautiful vineyard I've visited. It is so visually stunning. From the pond, to the outdoor furnishings. I would imagine this makes for a great reception space. The wine itself was not my favorite; their sparkling was too sweet for my liking, but there was two reds in their menu that I enjoyed. Overall I'd... More

Bianchi has good wines, reasonable prices and a good view. Nice, big tasting room and plenty of patio seating. It was awesome that they give you a list of their wines and you get to pick the 5 you want to taste so you can make sure you taste your favorite varietal.

This was an education on wine making. I was passing time and decided to take a tour. The staff was nice, the other people I was in the group with I didn't know, so there was no fun interaction going on. I just wanted to taste some good wine and that I did thank you

We enjoyed the drive up to the winery and the walk to the building. That was where the enjoyment ended. The staff waiting on us made us feel like we were imposing on him and half way through he left us to go on lunch. I would have rated this lower except that we did like their wine

Tom Lane who is the winemaker never disappoints us with his exceptional talent for making red wine. We have been following Tom since his days in Livermore and were so happy he found his niche in Paso. Petite Sirah is our favorite, but there the rest of the wines are wonderful too. We will continue to be club members at... More

Paso has 300 wineries now. Once upon a time, everywhere you went was humble and friendly. Now, like an adolescent there are places in Paso that are snooty and surly as it slowly grows it's way into being a wannabe Napa. Bianchi is one of these typical adolescent wineries. From the exterior, the place looks nice enough, with a water... More
