The atmosphere was great. But we didn't care for the wines at all. We like our wines a little fruitier with good tannins. We drink reds.

Easy to find, easy to drink. The gal today was so friendly and gave us lots of great info on the area. I tasted whites and the rose and found them delicious and smooth sipping. Stop in and try yourself.

We stopped in late in the afternoon and were the only customers. The wines were OK, but didn't distinguish themselves. We needed a white to take with us so picked up a bottle of Rousanne. They didn't deduct the tasting fee.

Response from EdwardSellersWines, Owner at Edward Sellers Vineyards & Wines
Responded 19 Jul 2012
Dear Keith, I’m sorry to hear about your recent visit to our winery. We want each of our guests to have a memorable winery experience with us, and the Paso Robles wine region. As you could tell from the Tasting List, we are sold out of our current vintages and pouring a few of our Library Wines until our new releases are ready in the fall. The older wines currently on the list have age on them and are going to show a different profile than current releases. I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy them! If there were two of you tasting, our tasting policy is to apply one tasting fee to each bottle purchased. I’m assuming from the “we”, if you purchased one Roussanne and there were two of you, you would have been charged for second tasting fee. If this was not the case, please contact me at the winery and we will refund your tasting fee. Thank you for trying us, and please come and try us again. Sincerely, Ed Sellers, Owner esellers@edwardsellers.com

Edward Sellers wines are among, if not the best in Paso. They specialize in Rhone style blends which are our favorite style of wine. The tasting room is modest but modern and everyone is very friendly. It's always a must stop for us. We suggest joining their wine club like we did years ago.
