Very lucky to be invited to play. The best golfing experience of my life. Managed to par the 15th - will never forget that feeling as the ball sails over the ocean and lands on the green. Feel like the luckiest person in the world. The course is a proper proper test. Not the longest but there is enough length... More

We were riding bikes along 17 Mile Drive & were therefore able to really see the beautiful scenery that makes up Cypress Point Golf Club. The cypress trees and the bright green grass against the blue sky are gorgeous. We road past the course twice, but only saw one worker & a few deer munching on the course's grass (so... More

I've wanted to be a member there since scoring an ace and deuce at the 15th and 16th as a guest over 45 years ago ... Perhaps in another lifetime I'll get lucky . The feeling is something really special , like the Sistine Chapel there on the water's edge . A traveler can experience it while driving buy on... More

You'll need to either be a MEMBER or a MEMBER's GUEST to play this course. Not even Bing Crosby could get a Membership at this very POSH property. And, if you have to ask how much it costs to play a round of golf here, you probably can't afford it. This is where the "Old Money" in Pebble Beach plays... More

As a guest at Cypress you are treated as if you are a member, except you cant use the driving range. There were 20 people playing all day the day we played. The course is beyond spectacular, and should you be lucky enough to get an invitation, don't hesitate to buy the ticket to get their. Holes 15, 16, and... More

I played Cypress lst year. About 4 to 8 foursomes at most play daily. You must be invited and be playing with a member. The course is terrific and perfectly maintained! If you every get invited...give up anything including your Prosche to play it...it will most likely only be offered once in your lifetime...

What other course can induce excitement, nervousness, exhiliration and nausua all before your first swing.....then force you to carry the tee shot over shrubs, Mercedes, Range Rovers and other vehicles passing by on the 17 mile drive. Shaking, I punch my tee into the grass and take aim. Cypress.... Only playable by invitation, I feel blessed to be in this... More

The Cypress Point Golf Club is a magnificant venue that emcompasses what all of the Montery courses have to offer. The club house is surprisingly modest, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The caddies are knowlegable veterans that know the course inside and out. The holes vary from rolling links to long par 5's through the evergreens, to the... More
