I've been visiting the Central Coast area for many years and was quite delighted when this outlet was built in Pismo Beach. It is commensurate with the size of the community ... (small). There is a decent variety of stores to meet most every need. I very much appreciate this wonderful outlet and shop here every time I visit this... More

Okay, bear with me. I’ve always been of the opinion that outlet malls are one of the greatest pieces of marketing genius ever: Brands have stuff they couldn’t sell in their regular stores (often because it’s either seconds or an unliked design), they knock a percentage of the price off (often only 10-20%) and customers go absolutely mad for buying... A nice place to go shopping with comfort and good access, next to another court of food and supermarket.

This is a small outlet. We got some good buys at Nike, Polo and Calvin Klein. I suggest you stop off at the office and check for any coupons before shopping. This outlet has a Welcome Center so you can pick up booklets and tourist info on hotels and activities around California.

Nice Polo store that usually has a few of the shirts I like. Has many of the standard stores, Nike, Bass etc. Seems to have more junky places than most. Smallish parking lot so busy on a weekend. There are much better and a wider variety of stores in Camarillo

This outlet center is not as large as some, but it has stores that we visit each time we are up in Pismo. Coach, Bass, Nike, etc. The best feature is the pet area in the back of the mall. Our dogs know exACTly what to do there... The rest rooms are clean and easy to get to.

Maybe because its a beach town, but the selection at the outlets was disappointing. Coach was the highest end retailer; regulars like Van Heusan, Levi's and Vans are there too. Unless I missed the rest of the place (I didn't because I asked!), it's just one wing of stores in a line. If you want Polo, walk across the parking... More
