Beautiful surroundings even in the dry season.Private tasting had five wines and our director was not snobby at all. It was very relaxed tour and we had many great wines to taste. Didn't spend as much time as would have liked. Winery has a restaurant and regular tasting as well, did not try the food.

We went and saw Gregg Rollie. The venue is amazing. Great location, great sound, great BBQ. We loved it.

Been a member here for several years and have always enjoyed the wine. We visit the winery once a year and the people and tastings are great.

This was one of the two rather large and obvious new wineries to open in the Plymouth area. Personally, I prefer the older, down home type of wineries. If you like the mega-style wineries go hit Napa - I wish this one would have opened up in that area instead. For a modern winery I guess this is ok but... More

The architecture, gardens, surrounding vineyards, and expansive views are outstanding. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. These folks have the wine country lifestyle worked out perfectly. The wines themselves are good, though expensive.

this is one of the larger grounds of vineyards we visited in the Plymouth area. This tasting room has lots of space and many hosts to assist you and appear to be very knowledgeable with their wines. Would be a great place to become a member if you were a local. onsite music concerts for members of Helwig.

Had a wonderful tasting at Helwig. It was our first time there and it was very impressive. The wines are quite nice and the views are out of this world. They also have a concert venue during the summer. The gentleman at the bar was very nice and attentive. Will be back

This winery has the best views in the area. There are lots of decks, chairs, sofas to accommodate any size group. The tasting room is very nice and the wines are good. A winning combination!

Stopped in at Helwig on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. We were provided great service, thank you Lewis, and sampled some delicious varietals. I'd urge you visit Helwig with lunch and enjoy their patio.
