This was a gorgeous visit to a most beautiful park. We were disappointed by how crowded it was, but we went at 1:00pm on a Saturday, so I guess we were asking for it.

This large park has lots nice shady spots to relax . very kid friendly with a wonderful fairyland and big city zoo plenty of free parking!

William Land Park is the best all-in-one family destination in Sacramento with the Sacramento Zoo, Fairytale Town, Funderland, Pony Rides, Trails for walking and wonderful open space for picnics, sports games and even plays in the ampitheater.

Nice place to picnic and spend a day among the geese on a pond visit fantasy land, wonderland for kids or kids could play golf with their adult parents for free. This was on their notice board recently as I checked few days ago.

My grandson and I like to walk around the ponds and look at the lily pads while artists paint them, and follow the ducks while groups of Moms power walk with strollers. In the back drop is a golf course, the zoo, and FairyTale Town.

No. I don't think you're supposed to do that.Sacramento has a Wildlife Association that takes drop offs, no questions asked. 5211 Patrol Rd, McClellan Park, CA 95652 Open today 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (916) 965-9453
