CIA was able to host a large dinner party with a very efficient staff and great food. The building is very interesting in itself.

We found wonderful gifts for our daughter, the chef. She loved it, we loved it. Excellent experience and artifacts. We didn't attend any classes but the shopping experience was great. We've been twice.

Agree with the previous comments. Strongly recommend that you make a reservation at the conservatory where the students are making every effort to create a more elegant environment in a beautiful setting.

Sorry, we stayed at another resort. Didn't notice any pools. Why not call?
