When my child was young. This place was a spot that we'd go at least every other month in the summer. Last time we were there was 2005

Our fairly short 5 year old was too short for many of the rides. The carousel and small zoo were nice. Not quite worth the cost of admission: maybe when shorty grows another inch or two.

My Grandson's 5th birthday party was here last weekend. Excellent place for this. Guests get discounted parking, discounted entry for siblings and parents, private area for the party/meal and a party planner that comes out to your car with a card to carry in your party "stuff" and at the end, returns with a cart to pack up gifts, left... This place was AWESOME! We have an 11-month-old and a 3-year-old. This place was perfect! Every member of the staff we spoke with was friendly and extremely helpful directing us around the park. It was such a magical place. Another neat thing about it was that there were signs near the rides giving a bit of history as well. Loved... More

It is small, but charming. Recent addition red panda is adorable. All the animals are well taken care for and are so exotic

Such a great little zoo! If you have kids under 10, this is a really fun place for a day of learning and adventure. The rides are gentle and accommodating. The zoo is split into two parts and while small, it has a lot of interesting critters to check out. The new Red Panda exhibit is super fun. The petting... More

Great place for a family outing or early morning walk. There are trails, animals and rides for the kids (young or old)-- Not Great America rides, but ones that the little ones can enjoy.. Bring along a picnic and find a shady or sunny place to have an outdoor experience. Maybe not great for teens - but youngsters and oldsters... More

A great place to take the kids when they need to get out close to home. Go in the afternoon when the animals are out. Kids petting area is cool for them. Also, they have kids rides and a pretty good cafe. They have a great Senior Safari where the admission is free during the summer.
