There are no true outlets in this shopping mall. There is a lot of stores that sales the same products for the same prices as in regular shopping malls. If you’re looking for outlet prices, I would suggest going to Ross, Marshalls or Tj Maxx. They are all nearby.

I've not been to the stores at San Ysidro in years. What a positive surprise. My young ward and I enjoyed our couple hours amongst the shops yesterday. Nice variety of stuff, and I really liked the food court and carts. There was a comfortable number of shoppers on a Fri eve, and all were polite and orderly even in... More

I found things I wasn't even looking for, that I needed. It was overwhelming to have so many premium factory outlet shops at the same place.loved it.also has lots of places to eat inside and out of the mall.ole.

Worth a visit for the choice of stores. Prices are quite similar to the usual American outlets, but wide variety makes it worth a visit.

I love this place! I got some GREAT deals! But beware, it's so close to the border my phone did say I was in international roaming.. No big though, I called my carrier and all was well. They have Coffee, food, great shopping and best of all, a Coach outlet! My fav! Probably one of the best outlets I've been... More

A decent outlet center, but nothing special if you are from the U.S. This place mostly caters to middle and upper class Mexican citizens who shop here before they cross the border going home. You can expect your typical outlet bargains or not bargains but don't expect anything special. And don't expect anything Mexican, this is a place where Mexicans... More

Great shopping mall, gets bigger every time I visit. Always find great sales. Also try the one in Carlsbad. It is really good too. Go in the morning, afternoons get busy.

This is the most popular Outlet Shop area, at least in SoCal as a lot of both locals, foreign tourists and Mexican residents cross the Border to shop stuff in this area. Most, if not all, boutiques of Big US Brands can be found here, from sunnies, shoes, any clothing both for men, women and children can be bought here.... More

Just about any kind of store you could possibly want. It was very easy to move around and find the store you wanted. It's nice that food stores are scattered throughout and not all blocked together. Would do this again and I don't like to shop
