It's conveniently located off 5 frwy near the train station. Friendly staff everybody is smily and happy. Nice bar and ample parking spaces.great place for a date and tour of a unique old fashion distillery

We stopped by the Blinking Owl to check out the distillery. We sat at the bar and chatted with the very friendly young bartender. I did the tasters and my husband had a version of a Manhattan that was amazing. Try the orange vodka for sure!!

Did the tour with the founding partner and owner. Great fun and information. Cannot wait for the bourbon to age for samples. Orange vodka was excellent. Santa Ana classic already!

Stumble upon this distillery while looking for a restaurant over the weekend. Turned out to be not a food place, but a fantastic hangout That serves equally fantastic drinks. Ample spaces indoors as well as outside in the courtyard. Easy parking. Strong, delicious cocktails. Would love to host a big party here for our friends.…

Excited for the bourbon release. My friend enjoyed the aquavit. Said the habyscus was great in it. They will be releasing a barrel aged soon. Fun atmosphere and good bartenders.
