While the kids -7 and 4 - enjoyed their first visit, the Turtles exhibit was kind of a dud, and a lot of the hockey stuff didn't work or wasn't open. It seems like the whole place needs an update. Plus the kids who work there need more training and info on the exhibits.

Such a wonderful experience for young and old. They have two levels of excitement. I loved the grocery store upstairs learned a little myself. Kids loved the cooking class, a must if you have little chiefs. It's an extra fee but still a lot of fun. The dinosaur dig out side was so interactive and educational. Great stop when your... More

We had seen the cube on I5 North but never had a chance to stop. We took our grand children 4 and 6 and not only they loved it especially the shopping section. A docent was discussing predators vs. preys. We were amazed our 4yr old was interested and our 6yr old knew most of the answers. Exhibits are great... More

There are two Discovery Cubes. The other is in Sylmar, but this one is a little bigger. The exhibits are similar in the two centers except for the traveling temporary exhibits which sometimes travel from one to the other. Also there is no giant cube in Sylmar. The Discovery Cubes are science centers primarily designed for children, but adults can... More

I have to give this 5 stars, not least as some of my children told me they preferred this to Disneyland! It is a great place - from the design to the delivery. Easy to access, although a shame that there is a parking charge, and I don't know why when the car park is sponsored by Taco Bell (poor... More

There are several different "rooms" for your little one to explore. Each room has inter-active elements, which keeps the child involved and entertained.

Discovering the different things to do at the cube was very entertaining. Kept my children busy all day. It was very entertaining and very hands on. The current exhibit, which is the Harley Davidson Exhibit, is not that detailed or fun. Very boring in my opinion but the other exhibits on the floor were pretty entertaining.
