This was an unusual stop-off on our way to LA and it has a lot of history to it. It has a lot of really nice murals inside and great views from the Bell tower over Santa Barbera

This famous courthouse looks like a Mexican hacienda with its balconies, outdoor staircases and beautiful garden and lawns. Inside it is very richly decorated in a mission style.

This is a beautiful building downtown Santa Barbara. We were walking on State Street and eating yummy food and decided to go to the top of the courthouse. We are so glad we did. Amazing view.

Stunning Building, take the lift to the top and admire the 360° views of Santa Barbara. One floor down from the clock you can see the workings of the courthouse clock.

I can't remember for sure, but since it is a public building in use every day as a courthouse I am pretty sure it opens at least by 9 am.
