This is a very nice seaside park with a wonderful sunset view. We enjoyed checking out the Arts & Crafts show that was set up (on a Sunday) and looking at all of the work that the talented vendors had set up. There was a lot of construction going on when we were there, but we still had no problem... More

Beautiful walk along the beach and nice that there is a sidewalk for walkers/runners in each direction. Also loved the unique palms that go for quite a distance.

This is an easy to get to Santa Barbara park with great views of the Santa Barbara Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. There's plenty of parking and lots of areas for a family picnic, many with charcoal grills.

Shoreline Park has stairs with an access to a beach, and here we watched the most amazing sunset. The tide was in, so we had to wait between the waves to cross from one part to another. There were many surfers out and the view was gorgeous. The park has paved paths going all along the ocean where one can... More

Morning or evening, this is a great Santa Barbara treasure for a leisurely stroll, a quick picnic, or a quiet vie.

This is where they have an art and craft show Sunday mornings. Interesting collection of paintings at one end, and the usual and unusual assortment of jewelry and crafts at the other.

Yes, there are homeless people in this area. However, whether it is a walk, run or bike in the area, it is a wonderful place to visit.

We were looking for this kind of view of the Pacific, just didnt really know where it would be. As we took our long trip along the PCH from San Diego to Santa Barbara, we ended the last evening at Shoreline Park. Just caught the sunset, which indeed was very nice. As you may see in other other reviews, there... More

I ride my bike past Shoreline weekly and it is always packed. Still parking is possible on side streets. Wonderful setting, grass area, bbq pits, children's play area and walking path.

Make sure you don't get trapped in one of the inlets between the cliffs when the tide starts to rise, but otherwise you can have a good time with a friend or a love or kids running from inlet to inlet when the waves are trying to catch you.
