Beautiful location in Santa Isabel Valley. You can almost imagine what is felt like to be in this quiet space. More and more native peoples from the area are staying involved and the mission encourages their parts of the narrative.

You really need to be into missions to appreciate this place. It has a cemetery and the mission itself, both of which are poorly maintained. Not worth your time.

A very interesting Native American museum with unusual collections. Very few people visit so it is very personal.

Visited the lovely chapel. Clean restrooms and picnic tables. The free, one room museum really needs a good clean up though

The small museum is fascinating, with pictures and accounts from the early days of the mission in the 19th century which brings the time to life. Atmospheric place, just outside Santa Ysabel centre on the Anza road. Free entry.
