Nestled amid the vines at Coopersmith vineyard, tastings educate visitors about Merry's handcrafted Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. Experience wines produced with a genuine sense of place using site-specific viticulture and gentle, traditional winemaking practices. Merry and her husband, Ken, invite you to join them at their estate winery. Please call to schedule a private tasting, however if you don't have time for an appointment we welcome you to come in from 9:30AM - 4:30PM for a more casual tasting. Parties of 8 or more, limos and buses are accepted by prior arrangement only. (Please note, our winery is patrolled by cats. No canines, please -- assistance dogs are exempt. Thank you for your understanding.)

This was our first of 10 wineries over 4 days. We discovered Merry's wines at a friend's house party recently. What a great start! STAFF: 5 stars. Esposa and I had a tasting by appointment in a private room, joined by 3 wine noobs. The staff told us about Merry's personal story then delved into each wine. He was personable... More

We love her award winning wines. Great varieties but noted for Pinot Noir & Sauvignon Blanc. Wine tasting room well appointed, clean and inviting. Friendly staff. A must stop for wine aficionados. Easy access. Well landscaped grounds.

We scheduled a tasting at Merry Edwards, and we had a great time. We were provided with a private room and a guide who walked us through the entire tasting process. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and we greatly enjoyed our time with him. Aside from the tasting, there isn't much else to see at the winery. Most of... More

We attended a wine dinner in FL featuring M.E. wines so we looked forward to our visit to the winery and scheduled a sit down tasting. The wines were great but the staff person, I will not mention her name, appeared bored and was looking out the window frequently while mechanically going through her speech. She rushed us out quickly... More

Hi 363kww, Thank you for visiting the winery and I'm disappointed to hear that it wasn't to your expectations. We pride our tasting room experience on educational and engaged tastings. We’ve addressed the issue and would love the opportunity to host you again during your next visit to the Russian River Valley. Please reach out to myself or our Tasting... More

We stopped by hoping for a walk in wine tasting. We were told it would be 5-10 mins before the next one started... but as we looked over the wine list, we decided not to stay. They have mostly Pinot Noir, and my wife is really all about the Chard's. So we told Lindsay (the host) this and she said... More

Fabulous wine tasting with our knowledgeable host Brown and at no cost! Beautiful tasting room with plenty of great tasting opportunities. Walked out with a case. Highly recommended! Went to other wineries that charged $30 per person and had horrible tasting experience.

I had heard of Merry Edward's wines but had not tasted them. I visited this winery while on a family visit to Sonoma County. The tasting was done in a private room, there were 5 of us. Nice pours, able to really taste the wines. I thought the Pinots were very good and the wine tasting was complimentary! The gentleman... More
