This location is a book store and includes a free Hans Christian Andersen museum upstairs. The book store is good, and the museum includes pictures of Hans Christian Andersen, a model of his boyhood home, and a lot of old books. It is well worth a half hour visit after shopping in the book store.…

We enjoyed seeing the display of books, articles about the author, and seeing his artwork as well. We were surprised to see the paper cut outs displayed, intricate and so pretty. My husband was inspired and picked up a poetry book in the shop.

I wouldn't go out of my way to visit; however, it is worth a look when in the lovely Danish-style town of Solvang. There is a model of Hans Christian Andersen's home, as well as photos and douments on display. The best part is the variety of his classic books that are on sale.
