So, it was the end of the day & we were ready to head back to our resort, but our driver suggested we try Nicholson Ranch. We're so glad that we did! We were welcomed by Raymond, selected our tastings package, & from that point on....we just "clicked". Raymond was very pleasant, informative, funny, I could go on. It was... More

Wonderful property for wine tasting with a lot of beautiful spots to enjoy the scenery. Tastings are $30 each, but the wine is good and the staff are very nice.

Excellent and absolutely beautiful. The wine was delicious, really appreciate their micro concept and their organic, dry farming methods. Worth the stop when in Sonoma!

This was our final stop on a winery tour done by Green Dreams in Sonoma. After a wonderful day of touring around and learning about the local wines, we were delighted to drive up to the breathtaking Nicholson Ranch. Unfortunately this was where the delight ended. Our host in the tasting room was a rude, pretentious know-it-all. I did not... More

this winery is up on a hill overlooking parts of sonoma. its off the hwy just alittle bit, and you can see it from the road. you can sit outside and drink your wine or inside. which is nice. there are stools at the bar or you can sit at some tables inside. you can't purchase bottles to drink, they... We visited Nicholson Ranch as our first stop on a day tour of Sonoma and Napa. We tasted two Chardonnays and two Pinot Noir . The wine was excellent and the employees friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure to buy but we ended up joining their wine club. The grounds were beautiful ! It was a very positive experience.

My wife and I have done multiple wine tours and tastings around the world - but I have to say the Nicholson Ranch “cave tour and tasting” we did with our private party of six was the most impressive of all the tours we have done. This boutique facility is gorgeous, and it is small, so it doesn’t take long... More

Our group had a wonderful time at this winery. We would liked to have stayed longer but had a big itinerary and not a lot of time. The property is just spectacular and when you learn that they are making the wine without artificial anything, it makes it taste that much better. John was our guide, he is passionate about... More
