My daughters and I decided to spend our Sunday pedaling through the vineyards of Sonoma and walked into Wine Country Cyclery for our rides without reservations. They quickly got us 3 bikes, a map and directions to the nearest glass of wine. The staff of nice and very helpful. The bikes were nice cruisers although my handlebar was quite loose... More

This was a first for the members of our group, and we will definitely repeat the experience. The folks at this business are efficient and friendly, and the equipment was great. We visited three winery tasting rooms using the map and the information helpfully provided by the staff. It was glorious to be riding among vineyards in the fresh air,... More

My wife and I were exploring the area and wanted to DIY our own bike tour of local wineries, and Wine Country Cyclery was a great spot to rent some bikes! They had a nice selection of bikes and the staff were friendly and helpful. We got 2 comfort bikes for the day and each bike cost $30 and came... More

I rented a road bike, called ahead a few days. They were able to adjust and get clip pedals put on for me in a few minutes, and I had a great ride. Nice folks who work there, and a sweet dog too.

Located right on the main street and close to the bike path, the shop's location couldn't be better. They provided comfortable, perfectly-tuned hybrid bikes along with a map, locks and helmets for $30pp (the going rate in town). I also appreciated how they disinfect the helmets when people bring them back after the day. With your bike rental you get... More

This is the best shop in Sonoma to rent a bike! The bikes are super quality, comfortable, and well maintained. If you're a recreational biker like me, you can rest assured that you'll have plenty of gears to conquer those gently rolling hills of the Sonoma wine country. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it's a full service shop,... More

I chose this place for bike rental on our trip to Sonoma based on good online reviews, but we did not have the same great experience as so many others. First, I called in our reservations and bike sizes days in advance only to find there was no reservation on record when we arrived. This is concerning, because we provided... More

We cannot recommend Wine Country Cyclery enough! Really friendly, helpful staff set us up quickly with comfortable, well maintained bikes (we both normally ride road bikes so these were nothing very exciting but really if you're planning on using them for wine tasting, stability seems to be the most important attribute!) and gave us maps and loads of advice on... Good place to pick up cycles in town for the day or by the hour. We picked up some to visit the wineries around town. Good rates and all kinds of bikes available. They give you maps and suggestions of routes.

Get some exercise between wine tastings! We went to 3 bike rental shops before choosing this one, which is the only one that had comfortable bicycles with upright handlebars and ladies bicycles. The others only had racer style (riding with head and hands down) bicycles. If we were that into biking, we'd already have our own bikes! But these 24... More
