We went to the restaurant on a Thursday night at 5pm. Our server was so good and personable! The outside seating was perfect, and they turned the heaters on when it started getting colder. The food was awesome, and the bread and dipping sauce was to die for! We started off with the Brussel sprouts (which usually aren't my favorite but was very good!) My husband got Bolognese and I got the salmon; both were so good! The wine was very good also. I would totally recommend.

We were at Ponte Winery to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had an amazing, relaxing and fun time. Caitlin and her staff went above and beyond to making our stay an enjoyable time. We got a balcony room and a bottle of Ponte red wine and a meat and cheese platter were waiting for us. It was a great beginning to a wonderful weekend. Later that evening we went to have dinner in the Cellar Lounge and to enjoy listening and dancing to Kole Weber on saxophone. There are firepits to enjoy an after dinner cocktail. Our servers, Chris and Kayla, for breakfast at the Bouquet Restaurant are attentive snd always smiling and friendly. We will be back to Ponte soon for the food, wine, cocktails and the staff. Caitlin....Thanks for everything you and your staff do to make our stay an enjoyable one!

We did a tasting today. First time here. We've been to 11 wineries in Temecula so far and this was, by far, our least favorite. The wines were decent, at least some of them but the server was ICE COLD. We don't pay $30 for 6 tastings to have a robot serve us. No information about the wines, just which do you want and I'm excited to check off the box to get you out of here sooner. Perhaps even more disappointing is that we stayed at the hotel for 3 nights ($500 / night) and there was no discount of any kind. I'd rather visit a winery with not as great of wines but cool staff. This winery misses on both, unfortunately. FYI - the hotel is awesome.

We used to members here ages ago and we happened to be driving through the area and stopped in.
We purchased 3 bottles of Beverino and inquired if they could comp a tastings because of this purchase.
We were hastily told 'no'.
We were also met with shock and disdain from the associates working at the front desk (Michael included), appalled that such a request was made.
We obviously enjoy the Beverino and quite possibly would have enjoyed other wines if we were permitted to do a tasting.
But alas that didn’t happen and we will never know.
What used to be a wonderful experience at your winery has become ‘profits over people’ and the new status quo.
I called your establishment after and attempted to speak with a manager and ‘Melissa’ didn’t think I needed to so that was kinda odd? She simply refused to transfer me to a manager.

Typical Temecula winery that cant get their act together so they decide to put in a pool and try to mimic Vegas instead of producing quality wine and enhancing customer experiences.

We won't will be visiting or recommending your business to anyone else moving forward.

I will always return. This place is phenomenal there is so much room to sit in the back they have a beautiful gift room. You can literally purchase anything if you're just visiting Temecula this is highly recommended I really did enjoy this location they give you a card to stamp as your tasting all the different wines please check this location out I had such a wonderful time be sure not to drink and drive. That is the right thing to do.

Beautiful tasting room and grounds to enjoy, had many great tastes especially the crisp whites and sparkling rose. 4 stars only because our server didn't seem to be interested in selling any wine, membership or offering a 'final extra' taste. Unusual for this at winery in any region; it's nice to not get the hard sell but felt like they weren't interested in return business. It's unfortunate as we were going to return to buy some of our favorites but our second winery visit that day went over the top and we bought a case there. I would definitely recommend for the wine and experience and if you're not interested in buying.

Temps have been in the triple digits and Ponte has there pool open and the Pool Bar and you can get small bites to eat. Beer, cocktails, soda and we had chips/salsa and guacamole. Kate was bartender and she went around the pool to take orders. We didn't have to go to the bar. Kate was friendly and helpful. The bar at the Bouquet Restaurant is open and we listened to music. Emily was the bartender and did a great job. We listened to music in the Cellar Lounge and Julia was our server and she was also very good. We had breakfast in the Bouquet Restaurant and Kendall was our server and she great. I'll be back to Ponte soon. Our room was comfortable and we had a balcony. Caitlin is the hotel manager and she is friendly and attentive to making sure your stay is comfortable.

this place has been and always will be my favorite winery in Temecula and in the whole world. I have been coming here for so many years, I love their chardonnays and the general ambience. Lots of time on the weekends They'll have live music which is great for just hanging out and enjoying a glass of wine to unwind a little bit after a long week.

We visited to do a wine tasting, not visiting the restaurant. Fine enthusiastic service, nice selection of wines, and we found three different types we wound up buying. Nice gardens and outdoor seating with a busy restaurant. They will ship wines out of state which we appreciated.

One of the more popular winery in Temecula, a constant stream of people. We only ate desert because we were too full and all the desert selection were very good. The lunch menu look good and the portion looks bigger than Avensole. They have a hotel section too so we might check it out next time we come. Nice staff and good service. Get the wine flight to go with your meal, great way to try the wine without fighting the crowd at the tasting room. Pinot blush and “the T” we’re great recommendation y our server.
