My friend and I rode the ferry yesterday, with our bicycles, and everything went smoothly. All of the crew members are very nice.

Great service. Part of our group was slightly late so they offered to rebook all of us to the next time. But during rebooking our friends finally made it so they let us in 3 min late. Thank you!

Ferry staff were extremely customer service friendly and provided detailed information of the trip to/from Angel Island, including safety protocols and procedures. Highly recommend this for a nice hike and day trip.

I'm a SF native and had not been to Angel Island in years. In the past I would leave from SF. I was hoping there was a ferry from Richmond, when searching online, but found Angel Island-Tiburon Ferry instead. Overall preferred using this company. Super easy online booking. Tickets cheaper than from SF. It was a little difficult finding parking. There was no clear signage where to park. I suggest giving yourself extra time. I eventually found a paid parking lot close by. It cost $21.00 for the entire day (11am until 7pm) The family-owned ferry staff is exceptionally friendly. Because of Covid-19 they adhere to very clear guidelines (wearing masks at all time, maintain social distance, no drinking or eating on ferry, sanitizer provided, and very organized boarding and exiting of ferry) I felt extremely safe. Afterward my friend and I strolled along Main Street in Tiburon looking at the quaint shops. We had one of the best Italian dinners at Servino Ristorante which is steps away from the ferry entrance. Overall it was an amazing day trip adventure.

Going to Angel Island via the Tiburon Ferry is an absolutely great way to spend a good portion of the day. The ferry crew are strong advocates for safety and cleanliness during Covid 19 and it was a pleasure to be with them on a very, very short ride. And, of course, Angel Island, even with all the buildings closed, is a delight.
