We took a stroll along the waterfront of Rustico. Unfortunately, we forgot the insect repelent so didn't go as far as we would have liked.

Enjoyed a beautiful day along side of boardwalk. Across from the walkway is a small playground, picnic tables and a few shops and washrooms. Lots of room and shelter from the sun.

A really nicely maintained boardwalk along the seafront, with fabulous views across the harbour, good for viewing the seabirds, and some really colourful old buildings, presumably old fisherman’s houses, along the way. Flat easy walking, worth doing. Runs for about a kilometre.

The scenery is beautiful and the boardwalk is well maintained but that's about all there is to it. You can cross the road at the end of it to get to the beach though
