If I were only rating my massage--I would give this place 4-stars but the rest of the experience is a 1 star at best. My #1 complaint: WHY ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED HERE?! I was trying to have a relaxing moment in the hot tub and an unattended child kept talking to me. I'm not trying to be rude, but I... More

Visited Voda Spa and had a couples massage. We both requested firm massages, the masseuses did a pretty good massage. I have never been to a full blown spa, even though I have gotten massages before. I thought the massage was good and didn't leave me feeling as beat up as the Thai style massages I have gotten in the... More

I don't plan on returning. I usually don't leave reviews and this is the first "bad review" I've written. PROBLEM: I got a 35 minute massage instead of a 50 minute massage and I wasn't the only one that day! Note: I only had a massage (no pool/sauna time), which was cut short to 35 minutes to my dismay. I've... More

I am a spa lover and usually looking for new spa places to enjoy. My recent visit to VodaSpa wasn’t so exciting. The Spa location is in West Hollywood, a famous place in Los Angeles. It has a valet parking for $5, behind of the building. This is actually the place where a valet parking worker collects money for doing... More

I had a wonderful experience at Voda Spa. I happened to go on a quieter Friday evening as I was told that Friday nights usually tend to be busier. I thoroughly enjoyed the cold rain showers outside of each of the 4 wet/dry saunas. Towels were plentiful. As there were fewer than 10 people there total, the premises remained well... More

Clean, helpful, professional. It's so easy to get caught up in the banya culture. Incredibly relaxing. Push yourself and get a platza. It is WORTH IT.

Behind the gray exterior of this West Hollywood behemoth lies an over-the-top stunner of enormous proportions--think Russia by way of Vegas. Birch-lined walls, vaulted wood truss ceilings, polished glass accents and plasma TV screens add to the visual drama, while conversations in Russian among staff and guests lend an air of authenticity. In addition to two traditional Russian saunas (banyas),... More

"Voda Spa, beware....,They double booked our couples appointment on valentines day and then when I asked how they were going to fix the problem, they offered no solution. I asked for the owner, the lady at the front desk told me she was one of the owners as there were many and that there was nothing she could do for... More

Staying in West Hollywood

Neighbourhood Profile
West Hollywood
For years, West Hollywood has been known as a hub for the LGBT communities in Los Angeles. Today it still maintains the title, but has also become the “it” neighborhood for the entertainment industry’s up-and-comers. Producers, directors, writers and aspiring actors call this area home. Known for great boutique shopping, vintage clothing stores, home décor shops and fitness studios, West Hollywood is a grid of wide boulevards and narrow residential streets. The neighborhood also has a concentration of the most avant-garde restaurants in Los Angeles (rivaled only by the burgeoning restaurant scene Downtown). A trip to the iconic Sunset Strip, with its many clubs, music venues, hotels and flashing lights won’t be forgotten.
