Wanted to see some live music on the strip. This was great. ACDC tribute to raise money for Alzheimer's. Great local music with some legends making cameo appearance.

If you are a fan of rock this is a must stop... the memorabilia is outstanding. If you are running solo and wanting to eat it can be hard to get anyone's attention. I was patient... very patient, and once I was acknowledged I had excellent service. Food was plentiful and yummy.. and decently priced. I definitely recommend!

If you are a music enthusiast, especially a rock and roll fan, definitely you should go. There some old pictures on the wall, a good options of local beers and a good stage view from a lot of points. The security service was a little bit inconvenient.

This place oozes the history of Rock and Roll. Anyone who grew up in Southern California can tell stories about this venue and the many legends that have played there. This was my first time at the Whiskey. I was there to see my son play with the band Fair July.

This location isn't something I would want to go back to it was a free show & the security is quite rude. The food isn't all that good & bathrooms aren't that clean. If you use your card at one of there bars you aren't allowed to reopen your tab and the space isn't that open on the inside. I... More

Visited the Whiskey-a-Go-Go for a show at the end of September. We arrived early to get in line so that we would have a good spot to watch the show from. Main level is pretty much standing room only. Upstairs, there are chairs and tables that go around the rail. Food was average for a bar. Drinks were expensive (for... More

What can I say about the place. The whole place Ooozes the Rock Vibe. Saw the Dead Daisies while we were there that night. Great place to see where it all started back in the 80's as the birth of bands like Motley Crue, Guns and Roses, Dokken, etc. etc. If you weren't here in the 80's it was like... More

Was there this last Saturday to see the Led Zeppelin experience. The opening bands of Detour and Dare greatly where a huge positive experience. The place itself has a great Vibe. I felt that everyone was there for their love of music. Staff was good aswell. Views of the stage was good all around,. We stood ipstairs in the beginning... More

We are envious of those who can go here on a regular basis: all that history unavoidably in the back of one's mind, but also the opportunity to hear live music at - at least in our case - a very reasonable price (we bought tickets last minute online). We had been keen to see the location from the inside... More

Despite the history of this classic bar, I was not overly impressed. The bouncer did let us in without a cover because we just wanted to go in for a drink and not stay for the show (which was super nice of him). If you like loud without a lot of seating, then this is the place for you!
