Decided to do something interesting with sparkling wine....not that impressed. I've been to Napa several times done some tasting, classes and small events this was fun but only because of the other people in attendance. So apparently the new norm in Napa is if you have a warm body they can teach a class. Saw this at a few places... More

Yes, Domaine Chandon is owned by a large corporation (LVMH - Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey), but they still do everything right. Everyone always says their favorite is Coppola's, but Chandon is in a class all their own. Sparking wine vs. Sitting wine (Coppola's). The location and grounds are beautiful and who doesn't like sparkling wine? Plus, the prices for their... More

We stopped by last minute and ended up having a great visit. The tasting room servers were very knowledgeable and friendly. There are a variety of flights to taste. Yum. The property is gorgeous. It incorporates the vineyard with the tasting room views. Lots of outdoor tables and even adironback chairs to enjoy and relax. The creek was overflowing from... More

Location and scenery were wonderful. The actual wine is not my favorite, but that is all personal preference.

The grounds are lovely. The interior is truly lame. The owners could care less about your experience. The tastings are over priced. The staff, except for a few great gals, are self serving, egotistical jerks..no eye contact...no service...no wine education...no nothin. The worst part...THEY USE THE SAME GLASS which smells like a dirty dishwasher. I was shocked at how much... More

Ended our wine tour here at a beautiful location and thoroughly enjoyed the tasting. Alas as a holiday weekend, the venue was busy and as end of the day, it was rather full of groups of drinkers slightly worse for wear due to drinking excessively and poorly behaved which did reduce our enjoyment however super location and well worth a... The entrance is the only good looking part of this location. The rest is an eye sore- sorry :( Generous pours and yummy champagne though!
