We stopped here because the building is so attractive. We stayed because of the fun staff and great tastings! It's inviting, airy and they have excellent wines. They also make sure you stay hydrated by supplying plenty of water. We picked up the CigarZin and a 2005 Reserve Merlot - fantastic!

We went to Cosentino for the first time on this trip. It was recommended by a friend in the wine club. We loved every wine we tried and the pourer was fun to talk to as well. We ended up signing up for the wine club.

My husband and I enjoyed ALL their wines. They are reasonably priced and will ship a case for a penny! We look forward to the barrel tastings with chocolate. The CigarZin was $14 a bottle and wonderful. Of course my hubby liked the $75 2005 Meritage.

I have been to Cosentino winery many times before but never experienced barrel tasting. The barrel room and had an enchanted feel to it when our part of 10 arrived. The table was in an elegant fashion, with a tray of meat and cheese. We learned a little about the wine barrels and how there are created, then tasted some amazing... More

Ended up here at the end of our winery tour and it was very disappointing. Every other place we had been had been such and personal experience. There was no tour here. The sommelier seemed bored and everything seemed very snooty. Wines were pretty good but would skip this one.

Lots of different varietals to taste. I've been there many times over the years. Mitch Cosentino is now the consultant winemake and has his own label. Wines are still moderately priced and they make a large number of varietals. Too bad M. Coz is gone. Most people come for the CigarZin, but it's not one of my favorites. Try the... More

Booked an appointment for their candlelight tasting. We we seated in a cozy spot in their barrel room with candles, wine and chocolate. Mark took care of us and he was fabulous, as was the wine and chocolate. We enjoyed the quiet and the chance to gaze at each other and whisper in the candlelight. It was a nice way... More

Cigarzin is by far the best Zin we have ever tasted. The staff here is very friendly and they don't try to push you along like many of the tasting rooms in the valley. We joined the wine club this spring and can't wait for our next shipment!

Very friendly staff and some of the best red wine in Napa. They have other winery affiliates where you can stop for a free wine tastings when you join their wine club.

We have been here twice in 1 year. Loved the wine so much we and another couple joined their wine club. They treated us like royalty every time we stopped there. We love the Cigarzin. The staff asked if we wanted to try the Chocolate pairing while we were visiting last May. We all had a fantastic time, The tasting... More
