This is a great mountain for those with families in tow or who want a little more sedate terrain. The moguls on things like Bald Eagle and Osprey are near perfect. If you are looking for a super challenging mountain, this is not the place, but really, who could ask for more than good snow and a free cookie when... More

The mountain was good but the snow was light. It did finally snow one night and we did the Talon's Challenge. That was truly a monumental task. The scenery was beautiful and the village was pleasent with a choice of restaurants, shops and a skating rink. Area resorts provided the recovery after a tough day on the mountain. The ability... My first time skiing here and loved it. 5 of us went at all levels so plenty of terrain for everyone. I'm a beginner still on greens and nice easy runs here - did Centennial to Cinch lifts and then many options down. Wide, groomed and nice. Smaller than Vail, less windy then Loveland, not as busy as Keystone or... More

Just returned from a week ski trip at Beaver Creek & Vail. We had a large group of 14 people who ski/snowboarded at Beaver creek. We all agreed that we preferred Beaver Creek over Vail. Beaver Creek is a bit more upscale and offered a good variety of terrain for our group. I highly recommend going to Beaver Creek if... More

Beaver Creek was a fun mountain to ski. We actually chose it over some other mountains because they also have a Nordic Center with a fair amount of trails (the wife only does XC). Lots of terrain from easy to some of the most difficult around. Lift lines are short to non existent. Staff very friendly. Not cheap, but not... More

If you are going to be in the Vail Valley skiing, Beaver Creek is a nice alternative for a day of skiing. Taking Centennial from the top to the bottom is an awesome run and there are plenty of options for skiers of all levels. Certainly not a big as Vail but still some great skiing.

15+ years we have been skiing at Beaver Creek and it never gets old. A beautiful mountain with terrain for all types of skiers/boarders with a friendly and warm staff. I love the new upgrades. The only complaint is the number of ski patrol has gotten less and less. With the number if skiers/boarders increasing I think that a good... More

I have skied a ton of places in Colorado and I really like it here. The crowds are always relatively light compared to other slopes and the skiing is usually very good. The mountain is designed to spread out the traffic across 3-4 different areas. There is adequate lodging and with the shuttle system any place you stay within the... More

We enjoyed our visit here, though we didn't take full advantage of the on-the-mountain restaurants/lodges (we only stopped at one, and didn't eat lunch, just had a snack). We had a private ski lesson for two days and the instructor was great--the system was organized and easy to book a lesson. The lifts were almost universally fast (Drink of Water... More
