We recently visited Settlers Park for the first time. We found the hike to be fairly easy up to the red rock formations. There are beautiful views of Boulder from the top. There was plenty of free parking, too.
It's another surprise. I was expecting the regular park with nice plants an benches. They are there too, but there is a really big and beautiful area for hiking with awesome rocks and views of the Boulder city. You would need hours to hike everywhere....More
Nice short hike with great views. The park rangers were nice enough to post a sign saying there had been a mountain lion sighting on the trail with the date listed. We still did the hike and saw no animals.
